End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Cadence.day regarding your use of the Cadence.day mobile application and related services ("App").

1. Acceptance​

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant​

Cadence.day grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

3. Restrictions​

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Ownership​

The App and all rights therein remain the property of Cadence.day and its licensors. The App integrates third-party services including Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Clerk (authentication), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

5. Termination​

Cadence.day may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

6. Disclaimer​

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cadence.day disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability​

Cadence.day is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law​

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
