All content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of Cadence.day and are protected by intellectual property laws. No part may be copied, modified, distributed, or used without prior written consent. The App integrates third-party services including Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Clerk (authentication), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

User Obligations​

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

Termination​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason or no reason.

Disclaimers​

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadence.day shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnification​

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless cadence.day, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
